In anticipation of the warm season, many people flood the gyms or rush to buy as many electric simulators as possible to bring the body into a beautiful shape. The market is replete with simulators for various purposes, prices and the resulting effect. And very often a person should not even make any effort to complete the exercise, since the simulator will do everything for him.
We recommend that you abandon such technological innovations and return to traditional exercises that will be much more beneficial for your body and health. When doing exercises, fitness elements, running, squats, jump rope, dumbbells and other sports equipment, you will not only really work out the deep layers of muscles, feel your body better, achieve longer lasting results in a natural way, but also significantly save energy, and therefore reduce your carbon footprint (CO 2 into the atmosphere from the burning of fossils). In the warm season, classes and jogging are best done outdoors: in a park, forest, or on special grounds.
