The art cafe "The Sea Inside" in Sokolniki Park (Moscow), with the support of Mosgorpark, invites adults and children to participate in an eco-marathon under the motto "Let's leave the planet alive for our children ." The purpose of the festival is to unite knowledge and people striving for harmony, to tell the inhabitants of the metropolis how to carefully interact with the environment, eat right, maintain health without drugs, raise children without coercion, and enjoy life without bad habits.
On September 26-27, workshops will be held on the territory of the cafe on cooking products from natural ingredients, ecological cosmetics, reworking old things, playing musical instruments, techniques for working with internal reserves and human energies. As part of the marathon, lectures will be given at environmental thematic meetings and art events on the topic of environmental education, environmental problems, food ecology, harmless construction, etc. Among the interactive activities are quests, board games, performances and yoga for children, fairs, film screenings and much more. In the evening, ethnic music concerts await guests.
The territory of the cafe will be divided into several sectors for the simultaneous holding of various activities. Separate collection of plastic will be carried out at the entrance. Among the participants of the festival are well-known founders of environmental funds, academies and projects, environmental activists, doctors of medical sciences.
